There will always be a demand for BB. You also have to factor in the Sergi effect where EE pimps will tick virtually all the boxes on a girls profile to attract punters and the fact that many Romanian women regard bb as owo.
It doesn't really matter how many offer bb and whether the numbers are increasing decreasing or staying the same. It's a simple choice for me if they indicate bb whether they mean bb or owo I WON'T see them.

I thought the same that is my searches especially in London and SE gave few BBs compared to even early this year.

I've noticed a lot of new profiles that only intend to offer webcam services tick the escort services box, offering BB in their enjoys and a few other things that don't read right. In those circumstances I assumed ticking BB is a misguided attempt to to pick up more search traffic until they get established.

Have you noticed if any of the profiles being picked up by your search are actually just webcammers? Usually the main indicators are no escorting service rates included, no phone number included and if they do have any feedback they are all for webcamming services, not escorting.

As I've posted elsewhere, Hep B you can't catch from oral, unless the WG has a very bloody mouth. It's not carried in saliva. Just blood/semen/vaginal fluids.

Herpes, you can both catch and give through oral, but HSV1 is 70% by age 40 in the UK population, with most contracting it in childhood (oral herpes), can't catch that a second time. HSV2 has only about a 10% rate in the UK, and the burden does fall more on one subsect than others.

HPV, there is no test for men. So no proof with respect to that.

The rest, studies have only show giving it,  I do realise some have noted recieving it, but risk is very low.

Bareback is a lot greater, and offerings are all down to demand. The increase in PrEP I could see upping it in areas, and much like the gay community, I could see it increasing other STDS (syphilis has jumped up in cases a lot since PrEP can in).
