Kamagra is just generic Viagra and those can be side effects. You can try a lower dose, buy Viagra from a UK pharmacy or try an alternative. I prefer Cialis, longer lasting and I don't get side effects

Kamagra does not have a licence for sale in the UK, it is produced by Adjanta pharmaceuticals in Mumbai IIRC, there is no way to know if any Kamagra bought in the UK is from Adjanta or is fake.

many UK pharmacies can now sell ED medication over the counter after a brief consultation or online, why take the risk with Kamagra

these work out at less than £1.70 a tablet including private prescription and are 100%  genuine.

Me too, or spedra, fast acting no side effects for me

Exact things happened to me but worse, as nearly fainted.

I sometimes get delayed release because of chronic medication and am thinking about getting ED Pills.
Can the pharmacist give these without doctors permission?

Yes.

ASDA pharmacists will see you dispense the scrip and not advise your GP. Superdrug, Dr Fox and Lloyd's are similar.

Tried the sildenafil today on a cheap whore

Works great virtually no head ache whatsoever. My cock was covered in shit from anal and I still remained hard
