This place in Mevissenstrasse is not that busy at the best of times, about 6 girls in attendance when I last visited pre covid. I usually use this as a warm up on my way to Duisburg. Sign and building lights lit up but car park gates closed on Thursday evening before Christmas. Did some searching on the German forums later and turns out there is some sort of court action going on preventing them from opening.
