Always worth getting them to confirm services before they step over threshold. This one doesn't have Penetration (Protected) on the Enjoys list  :unknown:

    Very disappointing. Vicky was lovely, but the agency lied about her services, so I didn't get what I was expecting. Very bad experience.

Thanks, like a dolt it didn't occur to me to look at the feedback as there was a 0 there. Still there is 1 positive but I think I'll leave it a bit longer.
