I doubt it.  Those SPs that I have seen on the street have generally been dressed down.  If you want to see them tarted up, you have to pay for it, they are not giving it away for free.  The one exception is one I spotted in a supermarket late evening, who I suspect had popped out for some shopping between bookings.  We exchanged a quick smile of recognition and passed like ships in the night.
