A new review thread can only be created once a service provider has agreed to a booking. A meet does not need to take place, and money does not need to change hands. The only criteria are that she had accepted the initial booking.

Morning people
I left this in gen info section as
1. Meet never happened
2. I cancelled it
3. Wanted to warn others - via text she was like yeah I'll do this and that. Was on phone planning the time of meet and then suddenly it was back is bad so won't be able to ride you and just didn't know where else this would go so canceled it
