I've found Seeking to be the best of the 4 sites I've used. SecretBenefits seems to be full of kids wanting to sell nude photos. I finally found a way to anonymously subscribe to Seeking using Google Play credit WITHOUT an Android device.

If you have a windows laptop, you can install something called BlueStacks. It’s an android emulater.

It takes a few minutes to load up each time,  I installed the seeking app within the emulator and was able to pay The subscription using the fake named google play account I set up and credited via gift card.

Then check you can access your subscribed seeking account on any web browser on your device of choice eg your phone/iPad. Then delete Bluestacks from the laptop and delete from the recycle bin as there is no passcode associated with the emulator as far as I can see.  You can use the same approach for any app that you want to hide paying for.
