I assume HP means the location map at the bottom of the profiles.

Quite often the town, county and area dont match, i imagine its up to the WG or whoever do their profiles to manually put these in and some get it wrong. In your example here the profile has the right region for Stevenage but has put the wrong county.

I think HP may be referring to the 'map' button on the Adultwork iPad app? I use the app a lot but the profile is often a shorter version than the website. The 'map' button is a guide only (so I am told) - the map only picks up the first part of the postcode and takes you to the centre of that area.

I made a thread on another site (before I saw the light and found UKP) asking why when I used the map button it seemed as though 20 WGs were working from an electricity sub station in the centre of a golf course?

(Jokes about a 'hole in one' permitted)

Also some 'map' hits are way off the mark with Manchester based girls having map 'locations' in the Midlands and South East.........It is important for me because 90%  of 'Manchester' WGs are in the City Centre.......not convenient for me to get to......

ok im not saying that this is what these girls have done but I will give you an example of what I did yesterday.....
I normally only do outcall but yesterday I did a stint at an agency in an area miles from me ....... I changed my profile details...tour, post code and local search etc...... then forgot to change it back until half way through today...... I would guess some girls might forget completely

also maybe now is a good time to point out that the geography on this site is also not up to scratch as the positive review section has my area where im living as the Midlands yet my town is next door to a town in that is in London........ work that out!
also can I point out that when I clicked on the map on aw for my normal area it had me living in a massive field...... so its not always the girls fault ........

I click on a Sth Yorks profile and it turns out it's in bloody Leeds which is about another forty odd miles for me.

I know you can have 2 numbers on AW if you want. Set 1 as your mobile and one as your phonechat number.  ( personally 2 numbers would complicate matters for me , 1 is enough , but it could be usefull for those who escort in the day and do phonechats at night )

 I think these dislocated profiles could be touring escorts?

The "town" is still set as there home town/incall base but they have changed the postcode as a temp measure to appear in searches of area toured.

To complicate matters there are those who dont have any intention of escorting , but have ticked the box anyway to try and drive more trade to there phonechat/webcamming/private gallery service ..........they have to fill in something under "town/city" , so they pick a random. AW is a minefield at times.
