A hotel manager, could be a member on here, then end up with more key carded hotels. 
Not good for us having to get in to a hotel room this way.

Could be very possible staff/managers etc frequent this site or can see reviews publicly without being a member...plus it's probably common knowledge within that fraternity anyway... but why make it easier... 

It's probably difficult enough for some (nervous disposition/paranoid) punters to visit hotels without the extra added pressure of thinking they may be watched...

Think the op is looking for escort to visit him, at his hotel, so recommending and naming a hotel shouldnt be an issue

Had escorts visit at many Hotels in many cities around the world, never a problem.
Can't see how it ever would be a problem?

Any manager or for that matter member of front of house staff who don't know exactly everything that's going on in their place of work shouldn't be in the job. They all know and turn a blind eye to anyone indulging in our favourite hobby.
And the big bosses at Holiday Inn etc. don't give a sow's ear as long as their is no trouble and the rooms are full.
