I took a screen grab of the profile photo if anyone has info. I noticed the profile earlier today and more get added to it, but still can't view.

Same here.  Noticed it earlier and liking a bit of the red snapper was intrigued.  Had a quick Google and it seems people believe it to be due to girls accessing from a different country.
