Just an opinion, but I can't agree with this.

1 - all it would mean is the SPs would delete & create new profiles, making it harder for the likes of us to keep track of them.
2 - I can think of at least one example of an SP that's become well reviewed on here since stopping offering BB.  She obviously realised it wasn't clever and has moved on from it, so allowing her to do so is the correct thing.
3 - You see it a lot where an inexperienced newbie just ticks everything when setting up their profile, then removes things as time goes on.  Girls could make a genuine mistake and be permanently punished for it.

But all those points really only cover those who are genuinely stopping doing it.  There's no real way to stop girls offering it UTC, something which will probably always happen.

I've seen Holly Dolly (there is a review from me) and can confirm that there was no suggestion of BB being on offer or available, she did mention that there was another girl who worked from the same premises and she had just started working when I saw her.
