The drop off in reviews suggests we are.  I think being men of the world we all understand that a lot of our assignations occur in different ways and not necessarily as risky as it may sound.  I've even had texts from long ago Tinder dates suggesting meeting, so as OP says there's a sense of end of the world as we know it about all this.  Needless to say I think I have minimised risks to myself and, more importantly, others.

Every time I take the dog out there are loads of people still wandering around and this is with all restaurants and pubs shut! If everyone locked themselves down for a relatively short period of time then we might get through this with less pain and suffering.

I saw some Chinese pimp sites still advertising and punters till booking. I assume lots of them are students(the punters)

The lockdown is to prevent congregation and non-observance of social distancing between strangers.  Co-habiting "family" groups are permitted.  Going outside is permitted.
In the PM announcement yesterday the lady specialist said child friends could see each other and do things that respected the distancing "rules".  This applies to adults too.

That was kind of my point but more extreme. Unfortunately, nobody knows exactly how it’s spread. From the looks of things it’s not only from being coughed or sneezed on so if everyone isolated as in not going out except for essentials then there is more of a chance of seeing who displays symptoms without having passed something on asymptomatically. Who knows!

As an aside, I saw a post somewhere of a poster that wanted to organise a thank you for nhs workers. Unfortunately the hashtag could have been thought out a bit better. It was #clapforcarers

The supermarkets should have been sensible after day 1 of the panic buying.  The masters of product layout on shelves should have rearranged the stock to improve flows and placed all critical items in one area that was staffed to ensure rationing.  These are the same people who can re-work their entire store overnight when it suits their profiteering.

The Police should have conscientiously popped along from a community policing point of view.  It should not require Government dictats for sensible behaviour to be enforced.

That only acts in their interest to expose the customer to the most temptation and maximises their chances of selling things.  It also increases dwell time and the number of people in the store so is not conducive to social distancing or infection control.

They should take a lead from the SPs we hate who rush the finish and pack us out the door asap with their unsolicitous post-coitus attitude!
