I can only speak about Frankfurt but the RLD will not be reopening for the foreseeable future. I am guessing months. Girls are available though. Have a look at ladies.de, there is a good selection. Maybe more of an issue is that the hotels are not yet open for tourism, restaurants / bars are not open & even shops are limited to online bookings with a neg Covid test in the last 24 hours.

I hope so, but I remember last summer when things were opening up that the authorities were very reluctant to allow the sex industry to open up in the same way. It varied from state to state, but where I live in the south east, Brothels, etc,. were eventually allowed to reopen for 'sensual' massages but sexual services remained verboten, and then everything shut down completely again in the winter. I had the feeling there was more to it than just concerns over covid. I think a few states in the west eventually also allowed FS for a brief period but I don't know about Hessen (where Sharks is located) since I live on the opposite side of the country.

Basically... my feeling is that Germany is desperate to reopen as much as possible and will embrace proof of vaccination/vaccination passports to enable this, but I wouldn't be surprised if the sex industry is 'forgotten' about again.
