It looks like, in my humble opinion - a bloke.

I like them slim but WTF ! 

The shoulders are nothing like a female frame, Adams apple clearling on display in one - Thyroid gland problems in females & subsequent medication can have an effect in making a female Adams apple more 'prominent' but also increases metabolism, so they tent to be 'bigger girls'.

I do not believe this is the case here

Don't think that's an AA- wrong position/off-centre. More likely a lump/cyst of some sort.  Facial bone structure could be a bloke, but if the 5'2" and size 4 feet are on the level, then more likely to be female, although those plates do look bigger than a sz4.
