No, a femidom is a female condom and used correctly DOES protect against the same STDs as male condoms.

The last WG I saw had been given some of these by the GUM.  She showed them me as we were finishing up, might be tempted to give them a try next time.

They definitely ain't BB though.  What a con on this girl's part.
