How do these work?

So I found curious two accounts on viva street which are obviously posted by the same person:
External Link/Members Only and External Link/Members Only .

They even have their photos verified and Google reverse image search gives no results. However if you check services they include A levels, but at the end the poster complains about people asking for Anal.

So I as I am a newby, this still looks very suspicious, but I was wondering if this is some form of scam how it actually works? What's the incentive of the poster.

My guess:

1. I would agree with VW that the pictures are stolen and inaccurate

and

2. Possible a flat with multiple ads on VS, with numerous WGs.


There is a flat operating out of Stratford doing the same thing with EE WGs advertising as Latinos.


The rationale is to get to the punter to the flat in the aim that they will not walk once they are there
