I'm also disabled and walk with sticks, I don't get out often to see the ladies but find that planning is everything.
I recently visited a lady who was up three flights of steep stairs, by the time I dragged myself up there I was already fu**ed! My own fault I should have checked (enthusiasm got the better of me).
Big hotels are okay as they usually have lifts, and parking is usually good too. Make sure you go to the right one! There are two in Taunton with deceptively similar names! I went into one looking for a room on the third floor, safely into the lift only to find there were just two floors! A quick call discovered that the dear Polish lady had given me the wrong name! (Imagine the confusion if she had given me a room number which also existed in the 'wrong' hotel!)
Visiting girls in hotels obviously restricts the choice, compared to apartments in town but I have managed okay so far. Again do your homework on AW and you'l be okay, I went to see a popular lady in Exeter just before christmas and was able to park very close to her place, and it was a short walk to her door off a busy shopping street.
This only works if you know beforehand where you're going and this is obviously a problem as the ladies are rightfully cautious about divulging their whereabouts, until 'the last minute'. The only thing I can suggest here is to be as open and honest about your abilities and see if she is open and receptive to seeing you, if she's not - then it's probably worth finding someone else who is.
My life now moves at a slower pace, the impulse visit isn't for me, I take my time, and have not been too disappointed. I have seen eastern visitors and home grown talent and all have been sympathetic to my limitations. (Well one lady in Westward Ho! told me to hurry up as she had other punters waiting in cars outside!) There is a lot of enjoyment to be had and I would encourage any other disabled chaps to give it a go. There is only one life - use it.
