you'd be better off asking on UKE or even SAAFE
find a couple of prossies and ask them what they would expect. Realistically they'll want their normal hourly rate, plus traveling time / costs, and probably a surcharge because of the extra shagging they'll be doing: ten men or more an hour rather than the usual one or two. At a wild guess each girl is going to want ~£450-500 or more for a three hour session.
Part of the key to debbies parties seems to be that while there are usually three or four "regulars", there's often a few men who bring their partners along for a bit of sexual education - who won't need paying. If you could convince your guests to do the same: bring and swap their wives, then the economics should be better. How about convincing your missus to join in?

I believe from what I've been told that established low-ratio parties pay around £60-70ph for quality girls, but they offer around 6hrs work a day for a couple of days a week with all the punter comms, venue costs & backroom stuff sorted, so the girls see it as a good way to earn a guaranteed £400-ish per day that might see their weekly living expenses covered.

My guess is that if you would want to arrange an ad hoc party with a bunch of well-reviewed prossies, you would need to be offering more than their current 3 hr rate to tempt them, esp if they were being expected to service a high ratio of punters.

Some party providers seem to have this issue, the girls want so much per party that they have to charge a fortune to cover costs and make some profit. Once you've made a rod for your back it's hard to renegotiate.

Probably not much more than their normal hourly rate.  The parties I've been to were usually around £150 for a 2 hour party.  There were about 8 blokes at one party with 3 girls, so that was £400 for each girl, or £200 an hour.

If fewer guys turn up then they are sometimes on less than their normal hourly rate.

You forget the cost of the venue, food, drinks etc and the organiser making something too.

The flakiness of the girls, the no-shows by the guys, and so many other factors make the whole thing a nightmare to organise

That's a shame. I attend cambridge parties frequently and love it. If u plan ahead like them then you can get a better idea of the numbers. they also take deposits now which helps with the no-showers
