Generaly an average looking girl  charges higher as they have the niche factor. Also service can be an issue but there are good providers out there. Sadly some appear and dissapear quick.

For london raunchy kareena is quite well reviewed, on my hotlist.

Theres also another S.P thats not coming to mind right now, not my taste but aparently service is really good. Im sure someone else will chime in soon
