Are there rules on UKP about sharing links to WGs on social media? I've spotted a few recently and thought it'd be interesting to share (if allowed) for the curious amongst us

I'll add this as a direct quote from the rules....

- Privacy of service providers
It is not allowed to post personal info of service providers, such as real names and personal social networking profiles. Phone numbers may be posted in full only if they are published in adverts / profiles. Hotels used by service providers may not be named. General description of incall locations is acceptable, but not specific house numbers or street names or postcodes. Linking porn work is allowed. Modelling work is also allowed depending on circumstance, e.g. face pics showing on both prostitution profile and modelling profile. News items may be posted depending on circumstances (e.g. criminality). Previous working names are never censored, regardless of reasons (see below for more). Objections from service providers to any privacy-related info will need to be raised with Admin for consideration.

If they use social media as a promotion tool for there own business, then thats fine. If its the personal facebook your talking about then I dont see what benefit we have in knowing that side of their lives. Plus too many idiots around who could use that info.

Well I was referring to Instagram specifically, which has public social media profiles rather than private ones. Based on comments above, it may constitute private information in that it isn't being posted under the persona of the girl while she's working. Thoughts?

My thought is that anyone reading the site rules would think that it would be breaking the rules.

The rules are clear. Sounds like it's nothing to do with escorting so you shouldn't reveal it.

Why on earth should you want to supply links to wgs` social media sites, and of what interest is it supposed to be to member s here?  It sounds to me like a gross invasion of privacy and tantamount to "Outing".

I'm not sure what you hope to gain or even why you would want to 'out' WG's. Their private life is just that, private.

If a prossie has any social media pages under her working name then she will have posted links to them in her adverts so would be easily found.

I can understand escort related social media like Twitter account for example. But i think linking up wgs personal facebook page is bang out of order.  If a wg done that to a punter there be uproar. I think wgs have a right to a private life  and so do punters.

Punter paul boyo, you are sounding like a bit of 'cunt in the making.' Maybe try quitting while you're winning (or since you're not winning, just put the shovel down). We review prostitutes: not out them (and fucking them up for no good reason reduces the available wares, so why would you).

I went to book an hour with an experienced milf today and noticed her email address linked to AW, has a full name in it. Well me being a stalker and all, facebooked it (no "facebooked" I havent met her yet ) and there she is, quite nice grandchildren, obvs adores em, family all the lot.

Do I tell her or not ? there are some wankers out there. It crossed my mind that she knows etc, but NO WAY when i seen the FB I thought shed be fucked if someone decided to be a bell end.

Just be honest and tell her you where curious (looking for more photos etc, which is probably the reality) and searched from the email you had to hand - so she knows what she needs to change on AW, and so she changes her FB settings as well. I'm sure you've the social skills to put it across as genuine concern rather than a thinly veiled threat (that comes across a bit patronising, but you know what I mean). You're doing her a favour telling her, and if she doesn't realize that she's probably not worth seeing again anyway.

Yeah this was the fact, as her face pic only shows half of her face on AW but you can defo tell its her with her distinctive teeth, when you see the FB.
