I agree with scp, here. Get yerself seen!

Over my time on here, I've told the story of my ED on a number of occasions on threads like this one.

In my early punting days - 2005-6 - I was having difficulty with various SPs; and one of the girls I saw most often in the Parlours of Greater Manchester offered to get me some non-proprietry Viagra. I asked her to wait until I'd had my BP and heart checked by my GP. Who told me they were both okay but, because of my birth defect, I qualified for 4 Viagra tabs a month on the NHS. A 25 mg tablet proved insufficient so gradually I went 'through the gears', to 4 x 100 tablets a month.

There's nothing to be lost by taking the problem to your GP; that's what he or she is there for.

Lucky you! NHS was good for nothing on my case. When I brought some ED issues to my GP he said ' oh well, I'll refer you to an andrologist, plesae wait for our call...'. That was 3 years ago, and I'm still waiting .

Went for private treatment anyways and sorted out myself...NHS was useless

I think it might take a few weeks before you may feel any benefit.

Better to stand in front of them to feel how well the ginger works.

Lucky you!

I know what you're saying, and why you're saying it, inspetorbarros. But, you've no way of knowing quite how offensive your snap judgement was.

In my earlier post, I referred to a birth defect. That has left a hideous operation scar across my back. Additionally, when I was about 12, I had an accident in the schoolyard which led to me having my left knee immobilized which has left that leg permanently straightened, thereby limiting the sexual positions in which I can perform. And about 10 years after that, I met a Consultant Orthopædic Surgeon who thought that the best way of treating the hammer toes on my left foot - another consequence of my birth defect - was to amputate the 4 little toes on that foot.

So I'm not the most physically attractive specimen of mankind ever to present himself in an SP's bedroom.

I know you had no way of knowing any of that when you demonstrated your envy of me having the GP I have. But I tell you, if ED's your only medical problem - just as you don't know my medical history, I don't know yours - I'd cheerfully swap you. Medical histories, that is; certainly not GPs.

I'm mid 20's and take it recreationally but only when on an punt now. Take it about an hour before your booking

Usually gives me a headache but if I take a ibuprofen with it I get no side effects besides a boner that won't go away and much better control over when I cum

I'd be careful using them too much if not necessary though - went through a phase where I was using them all the time for ONS and hookups as they made me much better in bed and when it came to having sex without them I just couldn't perform as id built up a reliance on them   :dash:

I'm relatively young but I resorted to using one for the first time recently.

Didn't really work great but I've concluded that my issues are mental as I have no issues when watching porn. I've decided to stop watching porn as it's definitely corrupted my mind and I have to try and rewire my brain to be able to get the same arousal in real life. I know for a fact that I wouldn't have had a problem rising if I was seeing what I was seeing through a laptop screen. I'll also be trying to lose some weight and I'll use punts as rewards for reaching milestones.

The main benefit was that I could at least maintain a semi and I never went to full flop.

I struggled to cum, which was a new experience for me as I usually have the opposite problem. Not in a good way though as it became a chore.

I also made sure to drink lots of water before and after. I rarely ever get headaches but I had a mild one until I slept and woke up.

Thank you for all your input above gents

This is quite a timely thread for me also. While I’m not quite ready to go down the blue pill path, hearing about the lack of exercise and porn is something I can relate to. I don’t suffer from being to raise myself while with a WG, it’s being able to maintain it for a length of time. I’ll admit there’s a touch of performance anxiety more so with one lady than the other but that has calmed down the more I’ve visited and settled into being able to get comfortable. The weight loss path is the one I’ll walk down first and then go from there.

If you want to last longer then you might want to consider Levitra/Vardenifil

One other thing for the older punter to consider is that daily 5mg Cialis is treatment for BPH, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, or an enlarged prostrate.

So if you are not “as you used to be” with the old water works it might kill two birds with one stone for some.

I'm in my mid-'40s and have suffered from bad ED problems in the past.  Sildenafil was a tremendous help to me for keeping an erection during a punt which was starting to go floppy during meets.  This was around 5 years ago and I blamed the wanking for that, rightly or wrongly, but after I finished my box I regained the confidence to start punting without them again and only until recently I forgot all about that.  Past month or so I've found that I no longer get wood in morning and I have to manually get it hard for masturbation so have bought another box for the first time since.  Obviously will need to consult my GP if problems persist but laying off masturbation and trying to drastically cut down on the porn seemed to do the trick the last time so here's hoping that's all it is.

On the flip side, I did not enjoy the flushing during meets and to be honest, even with a rock hard erection, I didn't find it as pleasurable during penetration.  Frankly with my poor physical fitness I struggled to keep up and I must have been quite a sight laying down in exhaustion while concerned WGs would look down on me offering a glass of water (all with the boner still pointing at the ceiling).  I would be wary of of over-using them if you don't need them.

I'm 50 and had 2 issues. Coming too soon on pop 1 and then not maintaining during pop 2. I signed up on numan.com and got a box of Sildenafil. Took a practice one at home  and didn't see a huge difference.  But.. a few days later took a 2nd an hour before seeing a lady through SB and my god  pop 1 managed to hold back and pop 2 was probably my best performance in 20 years. I did get a bit of facial flush but that went after an hour ( and I took it 1 hr before meet so all good). I was worried on pop2 i wouldn't be able to come so for first time ever asked the lady to talk dirty which pushed me over the edge, lol.

As they say on the packet "requires stimulation " to work. For a few hours after I would quickly get a semi if I thought back to the meet  but not a comical hard on. I will keep taking prior to meets as so far so good. YMMV.

I am 64 and have moved on from viagra/unbranded evaluates. I found these to be short-term hard cock boosters, with flushing and with me not being the real me.

Tadalafil, sold under the brand name Cialis among others, is a medication used to manage such issues. A bit more gentle and more of an all-day thing for me. No headaches.

I find I get chronic indigestion and a bunged up nose as side effects. However had a girl staying at the weekend and took a tablet at 7am on Saturday morning and still managed a shag at 10am Sunday morning.

To be fair, I doubt if that was chemically the Viagra. It would be well out of your system by then.

I think some of the others such as Kamagra can last longer?

But of course don't underestimate the psychological boost that taking Viagra can confer, if it makes you confident then it becomes a virtual circle

hi im 61 quite in good health...Any side effects common when newly taking it?
any advice would be taken onboard
thanks in advance
I'm similar age. Tried Sildenafil and found that 50mg popped with 2 paracetamol about an hour before, does the trick. Take a bottle of water with you and drink enough to stay re-hydrated but balance that with not needing a piss mid session. Usually flushed face at between 30 mins and 1 hour, but by then I'd usually be in a dim room. It does suppress urge and ability to cum. I'm not up to two pops nowadays, but a lasting erection is possible.
Side effects apart from cum suppression include a congested nasal passage and headache maybe needing a second dose of paracetamol after an hour or so. Can't do much about the congestion. After about 4 hours, most effect has subsided.
Now Cialis is a different ball game. Pop one of those and there is no instant or sudden effect, but you'll get frequent lazy lob on at the merest hint of arousal. If the lady is sub-par, it might not be much help. No bad side effects. Lasts all day.
I find it amusing to pop a cialis regardless of a punt, especially when generally perving around town  :diablo: :diablo: :diablo:. Like being 18 again.

I thought I might get shit for that :) but roughly 24 hours of spontaneous semis is great value for the cost of the generic.
Thou shalt not mix ED treatments, but a cialis 24 hours before and sildenafil one hour before is a great set-up.

The two side effects I had were nasal congestion and facial flushing. I also lost sensitivity in my penis making it hard to come.

I’ve still got ED, I don’t use any ED drugs when I punt anymore cos of the side effects. I just have blow jobs, and it takes a lot of mouth action from the SP to make me stay up and come.

I’m glad the science exist though, hopefully there will be newer novel treatments in the pipeline.

Offline Fifeboy65

I had been thinking about trying the little blue pills for a while as I am in my mid 50s and while don’t have any problems getting hard for the first pop it has become a bit more of an issue for me if I want to go for round two and as I generally like to go for a 90 minute punt that is something I definitely require.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to take the plunge and ordered Aronix via Lloyds Pharmacy on line, process was really straight forward with order delivered to my local shop, collected easily and discreetly packaged if that is a worry to some people. I only ordered 4 tables to see how I got on. I had a punt booked for weekend so on the Thursday before took a table at home to see what the side effects might be. I took the tablet and also a couple of paracetamol and was drinking water regularly for the next hour or so and apart from a slight flushing of the face after about 30 minutes which lasted for about an hour I didn’t have any other issues. Watched a bit of porn and certainly didn’t have any problems getting an erection but real test was always going to be the punt.

An hour before the punt took the pill, paracetamol and kept drinking water regularly and just had the same slight facial flushing. Off to meet my punt and even though she was dressed in one of my favourite outfits when she answered the door there didn’t seem to be any immediate effect down below but things changed quickly after that. I went for a shower and the SP came back into the bathroom with some extra shower gel and had her tits out and while she just turned round and went back out the that was all it needed for the little man to get excited.

Back through to the bedroom with towel wrapped round me which SP quickly removed and she was pleasantly surprised to see me ready for action. I would say I felt it took me a little longer to cum the first time but my punt who I have seen several times says she didn’t notice any really difference. After the clean up and a little chat it was on to round 2 and what a difference, virtually as soon as my cock was in her hands I was hard again and I mean I was rock hard. On to round 2 and really enjoyable experience and I am sure I could have gone for a 3rd pop if there had been time left.

I am a definite convert to this and the SP said she certainly though my erections (even the first one) were much stronger than in my previous visits.

Obviously everybody is different and so others may have a different experience to me, but I can hardly wait until I organise my next punt as think I will feel more relaxed knowing that I shouldn’t have any issues getting hard for a second pop.

With me it seems to take one and a half hours to take effect. I expect everyone is different and if you have it with food it will take longer to start working.

Mate at 28 you should not need helpers, I was drinking at alcoholic levels, 7 days a week,  from 15 to 40 plus and never had a problem keeping it up. I would have a word with the GP.
I'd agree. Until January of  this year I was drinking pretty much 7 days a week, was massively sedantry, overweight and yet I had no issues. I'm also older than 28.
