I've had this in Thailand at a massage parlour in BKK.

Similar arrangement to External Link/Members Only - although not as expensive. Definitely recommended if you get the chance to try it.

Was definitely a delicious thrill I would love to repeat, but have never seen such a service advertised outside of Thailand.

There is a girl in Bristol that offers this.
I had a booking arranged but she cancelled on me either the day before or that morning - can't remember which.

Annoying as its one on my bucket list.
Interestingly her profile also suggests she has a couple of machines - and both the milking table and machines have been subjects on this forum. Also on my bucket list!

I've not been back to the area since - so if anyone has any luck with a meet a review would be great!
