1) It depends on the parlour or the girl you see (if independent). Generally no and you shouldn't expect it to either (unless you take more than a few mins). Some places will include it (no harm in asking them beforehand though). Most independent girls wouldn't include it in the time although in those cases it's still good to warn them that you'll need one and to arrive early.
2) What is a WK? I know many people refer to the girls as WGs (working girls). Anyway, yes it's totally fine to walk out if nothing tickles your fancy. In fact, it is strongly recommended that you do so, otherwise you may well regret the punt and you'll certainly be financially better off. If there are no photos then you can ring and ask for descriptions (including services provided) of the girls but depending on the parlour (although all of them do it to some extent), they may well sound more flattering than they actually are. Don't be afraid to ask any questions either (they've heard it all before and they won't think you're a creep if you ask about age, size, kissing, anal etc).
4) It is extremely common for people to repeatedly visit the same place. Some people will even visit multiple times in the same day! Many girls in parlours (as well as independents) have regular clients that they see very often (weekly is frankly not that uncommon). If you think someone might think you're a weirdo for visiting so often - that's definitely not the case. There is an almost 0% chance that you'll be anywhere near the most regular customer.
Oh and yes there still is a point in doing a review. Hell, if you really must compare it to something then just compare it civvy girls you've shagged. Generally though comparison isn't needed (although of course it will be helpful for you to give the girl an overall rating). If you describe her looks and the services you received (including how enthusiastically) as well as her general attitude then that's basically all we need to know. Still, I think you should also include how you felt about the punt overall (your own judgement on her looks is also valuable despite it being subjective).
