Do Plan Bs ever turn out well?

Has anyone in the big wide world of punting ever had a Plan B punt that made their heart sing with joy? One or two of mine turned out just about OK, but most have been flat-out disappointments that made me kick myself for not giving up when the Plan A went south.

I ask the question because I had a particularly bad Plan B encounter tonight which I will write about in a few weeks. The reason for the delay is that, out of sheer stupid laziness, I called the escort from my regular phone after finding her profile in the Adultwork app and just pushing on the number instead of copying into my non-smart punting phone.

In case she ever sees the bad review I'm going to write I don't want her to ID me when she could hassle me in the real world. This is unlikely, but I don't want to take any more stupid risks.

So... are Plan Bs ever worth pursuing or should we all just cut our losses when the original plan crumbles to dust?

I don't do Plan B any more as they never work out as well as I would have liked so what I do now is better research  for plan A and if hat fails wait till next time rather than blowing my hard earned on a potentially substandard punt.

My first ever punt was a plan B but has remained probably my best one by far. The only time I've thought about a second booking before even getting back to my car. Other plan b's since then have been admittedly shit though.

I have never given consideration to a plan B. It is not in my nature to do anything on the spur of the moment and I certainly would not risk £120+ without carrying out due diligence.

Yep that is where I am now. 

Although be careful if you decide to have a few pints instead. Did that in London once and then late at night decided I would try and get a WG after all. Ended up in some terrible basement flat with an unattractive young foreign girl climbing on me with a totally uninterested expression on her face. Amazed I got home without being mugged.

If you've planned your week around creating the time window and taken a blue pill it's a hell of a waste to just go home. If there's still time, there is a chance that a Plan B can salvage something, although a massage parlour can be a safer bet than some random Romanian with a vaguely defined location and no feedback.

I've only ever had to go to one plan B, and she was very good, so good that I've seen her 4 or 5 more times, now always as a plan A.  I've no doubt though that if I had to go on to plan B's more frequently I'd likely not be so lucky.

The best advice I saw on here regarding plan Bs is to make it a non-punting activity you know you'll enjoy. Research the location you are visiting and look for something to do; a museum, pub, cinema, whatever. Use the money you would have spent on the punt as your 'budget' for the activity. Since following this advice I have never had a bad plan B.

There's no good reason a plan B (or C etc.) can't be just as good as your plan A (if not better), it all depends on your strategy and how much time and commitment you're investing in the preparation and the meet.  If you're time poor then best is to be like the sensibles above and put a cork in it and head home.

If I'm trying unknowns in a target area then my alternates may well be knowns or regulars (whether local or further away, perhaps on the way home).  A, B, C might be unknowns but if they turn out to be flakes or walks then I can cut bait and revert to my "good" alternates.  This may be more of a challenge if you're punting in an area new to you but only if you don't have time/transport to get to a known that's further away.

Yes. My ex reg pulled out of a weekend in London with less than 24 hours notice (allegedly with 'flu, but I now have my doubts), so I booked another woman from the same agency, who played her off the field. When going to see a girl for the very first time, I always had a Plan B. My Plan B's are reliable girls I've met previously and these were always excellent visits.

You may ask if Plan B's are excellent, why go for others girls - just looking for variety and the possibility of finding more gems.

Not in my case. If the A punt goes bad, the B is worse and the C is worst. So I've stopped doing them. Save the money and treat myself to something nice.

I used to hate not getting a fuck if I was expecting one and let my dick take control but nowadays I know the disappointment will pass quite soon.

Yeah sometimes. The way I like to set things up if possible is to always have 2 options before I get in the car. Ideally Plan A is someone I've never seen and Plan B is a regular that I've checked to see is available roughly around the time I'm in the area. If I'm lucky Plan B is someone I was also going to see eventually anyway.

I don't do Plan B's either. They're hard to find and depending on when they cancel e.g last minute, it is virtually impossible.

As long as your plan B is someone you've punted before, no reason for it not to turn out well.

I have certainly had poorer experiences than average when picking a plan B I haven't punted before.

On only a couple of ocassions has a plan b worked for me, both times the lady had claimed ‘women’s trouble’ as the reason for cancelling. One time I had a nice girl in my bed within 60 minutes as my original gave only an hours notice. On the other a great MILF booked for later in the day. A couple of times plan b has been a disaster so unless I am punting in a big city I usually just forget it if cancelled on the day.

Three plan Bs in the last 3 months all less than satisfactory.

I get pissed off when Plan A pulls out at the last minute and then it becomes clear she has never attended Customer Service school, eg fails to respond to messages setting up a rematch, especially so if they are a regular in whom you have invested a lot of cash. The WGs who get it right speak with you, give you a significant discount for the next meeting and make you think they are sorry.

Can only think of one (very) good plan B I have had and even then I had a couple of hours notice. Plan A was a touring girl who became ill and emailed me at 5am on the day the punt was planned.

It was far easier when we had local parlours but those are long gone.

Nowadays I tend just to have a quick scan of AW and unless a decent option is available I just pocket the money and start planning for my next opportunity.

These days I make my research beforehand and go out with Plan A, B and C. Mostly Plan B and C locations are closer to Plan A. The chances of Plan B or C going good is same as Plan A and it did work out well sometimes.

What I try to avoid is searching AW profiles out in open and trying to book a WG with very short notice without doing proper research. Most of my bad punts belong to this category.

   If you never revisit girls you've seen before(ie you never see a girl twice) then a plan B is always going to be risky seeing someone youv'e never seen before.
  By far the BEST POLICY is for your plan B to be a girl you've seen before and had a good time with. When plan A falls through you're back up girl virtually guarantees a good time.
