How long does the effects of Cialis last

For me, I'd say approx 48 hours...but the headaches can be difficult. So I won't use it unless it's for 'special' punts

I would say 48hours is about right, maybe a little longer sometimes.

Apart from the first time I took cialis where I got a stonking headache a few hours later, I haven't suffered since, I just make sure that I drink plenty of water & this does the trick.

It may depend on other factors, so for me a fit and healthy 62 year old the effect lasts around 4 or 5 days. I do sometimes just take a half tab and get a couple of days with that. I'm lucky I don't get any headache, but do feel a bit off for the first 2 or 3 hours and get a stuffy nose, as if a cold were developing. As others say, drink plenty of water during the first few hours.

For me now Cialis is magic and without it I would struggle to keep a good erection long enough, with it I perform better and longer than I did as a young man. Thank god this was discovered by the time I came to benefit.

Might it also depend on your weight and what about the quality from the supplier?

I tried the 20mg but cut them in half and found it did as it says ..ie the weekender for me.
have tried the 10mg cut in half also and that was very good for 24 hrs and pretty good the next day also.

no side effects for me that I noticed.

Cialis for me lasts 3 full days minimum and is the only ED treatment with zero side effects.
The only negative is that my cock makes promises my plums can't keep.

I find it more difficult to cum with Cialis as well.  But that is an acceptable trade off.

That's brilliant, I never considered this but it makes total sense, sleep off the side effects & still perform like a good en. Saying that though drinking loads of water means I don't get the side effects anyway but if that was to change then I'm going to be following your lead.
