Hi all,
touch of asia cowplain has sign up for open this last 2 week. was showing closed.
No answer by phone, may be only walk ins?

I had to do my monthly customer visit in Portsmouth today so I drove past the various oriental tug-shops. All were clearly closed and empty except for Peony. They were lights off and a closed sign but an open window so someone was on the premises but didn't appear to be active.

Owners live above the shop so there would be someone there. Not open for business though.
