Location - house on a main road, not discrete at all with a bus stop outside house and a retail complex on the other side, once let in room was fit for purpose with a sofa and bed, could hear a lot of noise and sound of cooking, so a shared accommodation

Services - this is where she excelled, very welcoming, some banter, OW was good and she was willing to DT and take some mild FF, very accommodating in positions and willing to change, one of the reasons I usually avoid Latinas is because of restrictions in position changes and the its extra list, however rose had non of that attitude, usual positions, she could take a pounding and as the session went on she really got into it, finished on the 30 minute mark and she joked about timing, had a nice convo whilst getting dressed and was actually surprised about her knowledge and discussion on psychology.
