Doesn't seem like a meltdown to me. Sounds like she's responding to other WG's gossiping. Why moan? She's not attacking her clients.

That's heavily speculating on who's responsible, though Ashley did used to duo with her, I think. Anyway not sure if she would be struck off over what seems a minor spat, particularly as Ashley is mainly MK and Jai London.
Ashley could have given up because she wasn't getting the business, which would account for jealousy if she was being bitchy - and that's a big if.
There are some catty escorts out there, often based on jealousy that the other girl is doing better than her. They fail to see if they had a similarly good attitude and service, they would be getting more business - and can't be bothered to do so.
Either way, going on Ashley's reviews, she would be no loss if her departure was permanent. Or she could just be taking leave for a variety of reasons.
