Hard for me to comment on the decline in quality as I only started last June. However, I would agree on the current lack of quality out there, when I'm looking around on AW, agencies etc there's very few girls who appeal to me.
Very, very subjective and totally impossible to quantify. As you said there are good ones out there, so the important thing is to find and praise them and to expose the one's who give a bad service, if we can do that in the long term the overall quality should improve even if we will never really know for sure and at best will have anecdotal evidence.
While I agree most things are very subjective ie looks etc I do think there are a number I factors which are a constant amongst the majority of punters, and therefore if girls are meeting these requirements then it may be an indicator that you'll have a good punt. For me these are:
- Attitude/Enthusiasm - I think everyone would want a girl with a good attitude and who is enthusiastic.
- Accuracy of photos.
- Services which are advertised are actually delivered.
- Requests are listened to and acted on.
- Location is clean and safe.
There may be more, but for me the above can be reviewed objectively and I'd think most punters would have similar standards where these are concerned. Looks, quality of services etc will always be subjective but I think ticking the boxes on the above would give you a good start to a good punt.
