Problems with AdultWork email system!

Hi there fellow punters,

I have been planning my return to the joys of punting following the recent little crisis and the associated lockdowns which have curtailed most of us over the last 15 or 16 months.

To this end i began to search AW seriously with a view to finding a suitable candidate to restart my somewhat random punting career.

After some 3 weeks and numerous emails sent with zero replies I was beginning to feel a little concerned. Was I doing something wrong, other punters seemed to be successfully visiting various escorts throughout the UK?

A little investigation brought up an anomoly?

On checking the 'sent' folder on my Adultwork account I discovered that EVERY SINGLE EMAIL SENT by me for the last 3 weeks was showing as having been deleted!

I double checked by sending an email to yet another service provider and lo and behold, it immediately showed up as 'deleted'.

Has anybody else suffered from this problem, if they have, do any of you out there have any idea of how to solve the issue and return to being able to contact escorts via email?

@GingerNuts. Totally get your jibe. But please be aware that I'm pretty shy, I've only seen a mere handful of escorts since joining and haven't been confident enough to share my experiences.

UKP can be pretty intimidating if you get (or say) something wrong. And while there's absolutely nothing wrong with being able to confidently march in here and strut your stuff, it's not for all of us.

For the record, after a long 15-month lockdown layoff where I've had some personal issues with depression (through loneliness and overwork), I'm aiming to be a better member of the community. Starting by contributing to this discussion... Hope that helps...

I know a SS who did this, AW blocked (deleted) all of his subsequent messages. Rectified by contacting AW support.

OK I have received AW messages in the last few weeks, all of which I've answered so I know it's working for some people. Also mention of arrangements outside of AW for example webcam, phone chat is not allowed within messages.

Can't think of any reason general enquiries would be a problem, hopefully AW will respond. Their 9-5 Monday to Friday Live chat help is fairly good if they don't answer over the weekend.

Thanks again. Can't think I've done anything 'verboten' like that. They've been the same general enquiries I've always sent – possible dates, times, a bit about me and what I'm looking for – which has met with okay response.

Could be inactivity. Like the OP, I stayed pretty quiet during the 15 months of lockdown (no emails since Dec 2019). So, maybe they think my account is spamming after a period of inactivity. (Although 5x emails is hardly spamming!).

Hey-ho. It's either take to the phone (#nervous, feel like I come across better in email!), or wait a few days before getting back in the game.

Trying not to get off-topic, but – as I say – I'm pretty shy, inexperienced and invariably unsuccessful (with escorts, and with women in general). I'd love to be confident about my sexual adventures. But my few meets with escorts have varied from the range of nervous to flat-out petrified and incapable of performing, so I may not have the most representative experiences to present.

Key point is: I'm trying to be a better (and more active) member of the community. Starting now... Please try and welcome a sinner who wants to be saved.

For info: I contacted AW support, they said they solved the problem. But another 2x emails sent. Both auto-deleted...

If I get anything more successful, I'll let you know...

Well Phil, I'd say your contributions are more than welcome. There are I'm sure plenty of punters - past, present and future - who will feel like yourself. How different SPs react to you and how you feel will be invaluable to others like you. Also invaluable to others who may want an SP to be empathetic to their particular needs.

Possible reasons for instant delete
Number saved in clienteye
Profile having negative feedback
Multiple profiles on adultwork with the same ip address gives a negative warning
Asking for services that are not available ie bareback sex
Asking the wrong type of ladies that are unprofessional and disorganised
Asking ladies who don't do emails and answer text messages on the phone when available with green light on

Thanks for those thoughts. Feels like it's more of a system thing, as I've emailed various providers (some of whom I've had good contact with before; others who have no reason to know me) and the email insta-deletes itself the second it has left my inbox.

I've contacted AW support (again). Could be a browser thing (I use Vivaldi, but it has worked for at least one message).

Any joy (or similar problems) from the OP, or anyone else? Is this a wide-spread thing or just a few of us?

I've had a few auto-responds from WG.  One had 'phone or text me' but their profile doesn't list a number.   

I actually prefer to read the reviews on UKP and often has the WG's number to whatsapp or text.

Sorry for the delay in responding to all the replies on this post - Unfortunately I had to be at work and only just got home to catch up with things!

I ended up emailing Adultwork and questioning why my emails were being deleted. The response was very quick - it seems that I had, somehow, managed to send an emai that triggered their 'automatic anti abuse filter' and this caused the system to auto-delete any messages that I sent.

The only thing that I can think triggered the system was an email to a SP enquiring about 'corporal punishment' and 'spanking'. It was after that email was sent and received that the system closed me down.

AW's webmaster has re-instated my emails and all is back to normal now.

It would seem that AW has systems that monitor emails and respond to certain words and phrases that may point to some forms of abuse and close down the conversations by blocking the emails from punters making enquiries of SP's. Probably a good idea, but the triggers seem to be a little sensitive!

Are you sure you've not mentioned WhatsApp, Skype or any other messaging but used for camming system?

AW do have a list of topics in their terms and conditions which can't be discussed, this can be viewed if you look for it.

Have experienced problems with AW recently, in my case it wouldn't let me log-in saying that my email wasn't verified, even though I know I had and the account had run smoothly for at least two years. Ended up creating a new account, verified my email and within 24hr it was preventing me from logging in again saying that the (new) email hadn't been verified.

Think you're both on the money with the idea it's overly sensitive automatic anti-abuse/anti-spam filters, with the speed it kicked in.

Trying to remember back to what I wrote to potentially trigger it:
– Definitely not WhatsApp/Skype.
– Nothing too kinky (each to their own!) as I'm <very> vanilla.
– But it could be repetition of language, as I'll often use similar terms when enquiring about bookings (in which case, it's very over-sensitive).

Either way, I've got AW support looking at it (again). And I guess I'll have to be even more vanilla in future!!!

It should be a simple as booking an Uber. The concept is quite simple - everyone gets verified either on video or in person, no photo shopped pictures allowed, only plain ones so everyone is compareable - I wanted to make a site like Uber for girls - but I really need some back up ie A few reliable girls who would start and a few volunteers yo verify girls.
