I've just looked over the website and have become curious. What you have just written and the writing on the website sounds like they are good service providers and look for repeat custom. Can you give me an idea of prices, Nik? Are all services included? PM me if you like 
It is usually £100 for 30 minutes or £200 for the hour. Sometimes they have two girls on when one is 'assisting / training' and instead of charging double as most places do they charge half again for the second girl. i.e £150 or £300.
They open at 11. Can't quite remember what time they close. 8 or 9 I think. In my experience the rota is very accurate and the girl(s) advertised that day will be there, unlike many establishments.
I think they might answer the phone before 11. You really need to call as early as possible, and if you want to get a particular time this is essential as they get booked up quickly. If you leave it too late it's unlikely you will get an appointment on the day. They only take same day appointments and will ask you to call back for conformation an hour before the appointment.
The girl will spend a couple of minutes asking you want you want, so if you don't get it it will be your fault. She will then leave the room and come back 'in role.' The receptionists are usually good and helpful.
It is a few minutes walk from Earl's Court tube across Earl's Court road.
