I wouldnt rim the hottest girl on the planet for free... even if she offered to pay me id still say hell no. Its repulsive to me but I can respect that everyone is different so I dont judge.

Hep B is the one recommended that you have if you are a rimmer, I got vaccinated a while ago by the good folk at Dean Street express 

Yes, that's right now you mention it. I had a Hep B vaccination about 10 years ago but my latest test confirmed I'm still immune, happily.
