Complained to Cheshire and was banned after using them on a regular basis, when I protested was told that one of the girls said I had spoken ill of the owner, untrue.

Yes thinking people should do loads of reviews in their first day is odd ?  Took you 10 months for 1st review, why expect all his positives now ?

Interesting first post and review Stockdale. Posted within your first hour as a member but more than two months after the event.
I've used Cheshire a few times over the years and never had a problem with them but I'm certainly aware that others have experienced issues such as you have described....also their complaint handling procedures ie abuse the complainant!

What agency, was it incall / outcall, do you have a link to the agency or girl, how old is she, what size is she, was she on time, did she deliver agreed services etc etc

I met Olivia 3 times, before I was banned by Wesley the owner.
She came to my house and we had lots of fun, very very enthusiastic, she was insaitiable , nothing was a problem for her, I really believe she had more fun than me, and I had lots.

If you're happy to be pictured in the papers go ahead. You'd be taking action against the company  - Cheshire Companions - for failing to deliver the services they offered ie the 'companionship' of the escort for  a period of time ,which was not provided in full. Clearly anything else that may have occurred was between consenting adults blah blah blah....
This would be potentially embarrassing for CC. They may settle out of court to avoid the publicity.
