had a look n the ring bit was still around the old boy but some of it the rubber was to the side. so it looked like it had snapped. That being said, I didnt feel any difference in sensation. If it was intact after you checked I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Only thing I can think of is if was all in one piece when you checked after, it must have been too long and the end has folded over.

Was any baby oil used, as that could make the latex disintegrate but leave the ring intact.
Just a differing possibility.

Too late now OP but I had what I thought was a condom split after cumming as there was a fair amount of fluid, although I couldn’t see any obvious split. So, I took the condom and filled it with water. And sure enough the water leaked out of a now visible split.
