Day four and day four is often the tipping point for me (hormones goes wild lol) on top of that was two gym sessions so more hormones running within me.

If you're running out of storage space, why don't you buy an external drive and cut and paste your porn collection onto it?

It will free up space on your laptop and also mean that it's not quite as easily accessible  ;)

I think you are thinking about this way too much.

The easiest way to abstain is via distraction. By effectively writing a journal of your abstinence only focuses your mind on what it is you are trying to avoid doing.

When you're by yourself and feel the desire to wank, try to find something else to do - even a mundane chore, one of those things that have to be done at some point that usually gets put off for another time.

I would still keep a note of how many days you've abstained for. It will remind you of what you've achieved and will encourage you to keep it going  ;)

Starting this thread has definitely helped - I certainly wouldn't have abstained like I have done so far without it.

Honestly, if people are worried about not lasting long because of this, book a longer session and go two rounds.

The second round will be the longest and the bestest.

It’s possible a third round is on the cards. The SP will be in awe as I doubt she gets punters who could do multiple rounds.

As someone who does exercise regularly, I can say that the tips given in the above link does actually work.

My caveat is not everyone is the same. So what works for one may not work for someone else.

As a side note, I’m on day 9 and think this is the first milestone since I started fapping aged 11 😜
