I found the HIV figure for a TS girls of over 12% quite shocking and thought it was worth highlighting. Even for punters not using Brazilian TS girls, there is a worry that punters that do, and are careless, may act as vectors for the heterosexual sex workers, who may in turn infect others.

The risk of contracting HIV from just receiving OWO is almost but not quite nil. It's pretty much negligible. Certainly, when scientists/doctors have tried to identify the mode of transmission, it's been almost impossible to be sure that it was due to OWO as opposed to unprotected sex or even protected anal sex. So it's really hard to quantify the risk hence I can't seem to find even just very rough estimated risk statistics. If anyone knows any, please post them.

The risk of HIV from giving OWO is slightly higher but still extremely low and would almost certainly require you to have some problem in your mouth, e.g. a sore or bleeding gums etc.

Personally, I'm still happy to see TS escorts regardless of where they're from and I am aware that their risk of having an STI, including serious ones is much higher than female escorts.

Thanks for clearing that up. I do punt there and there however as naive as this sounds although I do know TS and male sex is more risky, I've always felt as long as all penetration is done via protected sex then all should be okay.

There's the additional issue that if an HIV+ person is taking antiretroviral medications daily and their viral load is significantly reduced, then the likelihood of transmission is also significantly reduced.
