After all the advice, I decide to take half a calis around 2 hour before action. Coming up to round one. I didn't feel the effort so I pop a 50mg silfendal about an hour before .
We had an hour delay as we have a couple of drink in hotel. I could feel the pils kicking from hot flashes. but we was still drinking and chatting
By the time we when for action 4 hours after Calis and 2 hours after silfendal. I could only manage a semi . I do find silfendal only works for me in small windows (30minutes max). Was hoping calis would work but it didn't .
After a rest and sometime in casino we when back for round 2. This time I took another 50mg silfendal 30 minutes before and it work fine.
She is a uni student and 6ft tall. Shame the meet wasn't as good for round one
Is there an alternative tablet that does the same. As I don't think calis works on me, and silfendal has only small window on me

  Tony...maybe its cause you are drinking alcohol and that's a non starter.

I find it needs to be taken on a reasonably empty ie no fatty foods stomach 40mins before off 25-30mg works and for sessions I take a bit more so total 50mg BUT the next day the effect is I feel shitty and down plus little fella is out for count maybe my age but finding difficulty cum 2x in 4-6hrs now and am done for after 2nd pop. The delay factor is also something it seems now to take a while and can soften up slightly before a sometimes worryingly hard and fully veiny hardness cum it also sort of feels very powerful but can be just a dribble out .  I am going to try Speedra soon

I only had a small glass of rose so hardy call drinking. I think the food I had might have something to do with it. I can still feel calis still have a small effect. I might try and take one the day before and see what happens .
I had use sidfendale for a while now and think it is not working aswell as it use to. So what will be better spedra or levitra , I have set up our next date in two weeks time, you lot are my only hope

Cialis works fine for me for 3 days, as for sildenafil, try spedra mate, I can also recommend that, problem is we are all different , But of them all Ive tried,

Kind of agree with this - to be honest you shouldn't really be mixing and matching like smarties....these are potent drugs targeting exactly the same mechanism (PDE5 inhibition in the body)

Same target for each, cialis lasts longer mainly because your body takes a lot longer to remove the drug from your body. Other than needing ideally to take Viagra on an emptyish stomach (because it's absorption into your blood is slower if your stomach is full), the only other differences are not due to how the drug works on your cock, they are due to other things the drug binds to (each being slightly different). So Viagra commonly causing facial flushing is nothing to do with its ability to give you a stiffy (although the flushing does tell you you have got the drug onboard in this case, which can be psychologically good!)

If these drugs don't work for you then you have a different problem, most likely psychological. If you worry about it too much then no Viagra type drug will work

Depends what they are, some types have been tested to max at 10 times dosage rates with no long term issues
