This thread has become ridiculous. From what would have been a great informative thread exposing or warning about definite and proven TS sex workers posing as born females we arrived to:
"I think she's TS because she... has big hands, Adam's apple, she's too tall, has 5'oclock shadow, big feet, hairy arms, etc."
Might as well say "she" has two eyes, a nose and a mouth. Last I checked most men had two eyes, a nose and a mouth too. Definitely a TS then 
Unfortunately, working in London and the surrounding area has become a Post-OP TS working hot spot, for a variety of reasons, and the medical/surgery one I mentioned before is a big factor IMO.
Because so many work 'undercover' and don't declare their true born gender (i.e. advertising as female escorts)...this is where we at.
I think Gents have every right to be over cautious in the current climate filled with Brazilian and Thai (and similar) working 'girls' and many looking noticeable a bit 'odd.'
I take your point that maybe its gone a bit too far...the other direction is everyone normalises 'odd looking' SP (and by odd, there is something 'masculine' about them)...and dont raise questions.
The result will be more and more go under the radar...and more come into the UK to work...IMO (and more Gents sleeping unaware with said providers
)
All fine some might say...what is not fine is the deceit and not telling customers, so they can't make an informed choice of what born gender person they paying to see as a client IMO
