^ I would think considering that the person who set it up didn't hide his details from the website details, and you see that he is a 46 yr old bloke living with his mum in littlehampton, shows how piss poor this agency idea was.

go to google. Type "Who is". Then pick a couple of website, pop in their website, and it coughs out the name of the bloke that registered it, with address, phone number etc. He works in education funnily enough. He could have restricted access to this information but chose not to.
