Not sure if your short span is because of ED or PE. If it is the latter then no amount of Cialis or any other ED meds will cure that. There may well be no problem with getting an erection, just you can't hang on until it reaches full hardness. You may need to learn techniques or take other meds in the worst case. PE is usually a matter of control techniques you can learn. There is lots of good advice on here if you can be bothered to look.

I dont think this would help you and even if it was of some use, I think you can overcome this without meds and the potential negatives that come with them. It sounds like your issue is nothing out of the ordinary for a randy 21 year old and something that many of us have experienced and long since forgotten. Delay spray, thicker rubber and shag your way past it. Easier said than done but try not to dwell on it too much and make it a bigger deal than it is.
