The only thing I know about her now, is that she is an over priced tart who has eaten too many pies.

Actually I'm a semi pro photographer and have been given the chance to work with her.. But wanted to know if it's safe or not...I do apologise

Are you paying her or she paying you or exchange of services?
Is this at her place or yours or a studio?
If you are worried about your photographic equipment getting nicked I would have thought this low if you were using her place as it would be easy to call the cops.
