Went back to the car and waited 20 mins as it was freezing and completely ignored any calls or texts.
When I messaged to tell them they were a time waster they suddenly sprang into life saying they were ready, don’t go, it was a mistake, I thought you were already outside.
Ie another got to the door 30 seconds before I did so she let them in.
Told her could have told me if she wasn’t available instead of wasting my time.
