Listen you dipstick, nobody's saying what he did was right or that it wasn't a despicable thing to do, but nobody on here, including you, have had access to the medical and psychological reports the judge did and he made his decisions based on those. If the CPS didn't agree they would be appealing against the sentence as they have in other cases.

If you think a defendant can just stand up in court and claim to have x y and z wrong with them and they'll be believed without the courts fully checking the facts, then you are far more stupid than you're making yourself out to be on here.
