Not specifically Bahrain, but I was in Singapore for the F1 a few years back. There were plenty of girls available. Mine was pretty but nothing special. But the house apologised for the lack of choice. All of their best girls had been booked up months in advance by the high fliers in the F1 world. Apparently this is common at all of the glamourous F1 races, and I'd expect Bahrain to be much the same.
