Lived in OZ. You get brothels in various states, and in some they are illegal. The brothel service is so - so, usually (mostly)  pedestrian, sometimes awesome. Melbourne is a bit risky IMO because of the legalities regarding incalls. In general though most of the hotels seem to be guest friendly and I have never had issues.

She has rebranded though now as Tiffany Casey.

It sounds like you are confusing incalls and outcalls. Incalls are where you visit the girl. Outcalls are when she visits you. The brothels in Melbourne are 100% legal and pay tax.

My experience with India was in my hotel room.
