........................

It's a very valid warning and applies to ANY sharp/bitter citrus fruit: lemon / lime / bitter orange.
All contain a chemical, naringin, which can radically affect drug uptake via the gut, and also affect the liver's ability to metabolise drugs

What I thought was interesting is that Iqdoctor decided to add the warning to the prescription label. As a CYP3A4 blocker it can affect quite a vast number of prescription drugs so it’s often advised to avoid the combination. As the effect (based on a study) is only listed as ‘moderate’ rather than ‘severe’ there’s probably not a strong compunction to necessarily mention it.

There’s an interesting similar study on pomegranate juice you may have seen.  :hi:

I wonder if cooking  bitter oranges to make marmalade affects the reaction? I guess probably not as the naringin taste is still there.

Tried this and the FIRST50 code worked with 50% off

So has anyone tried using the code more than once??

Re-ordered from IQDoctor.  Can't used the 'First50' code again so registered with another email.  ;)

£90 order discounted to £50 with free shipping (free on orders over £30).  Not 50% off but can live with -44%.  Plenty to last me for a loooong time and long expiry

Offline FiveKnuckles

Just check the Teva Tadalafil I bought from IQDoc;  The 20mg tabs are now pre-scored to 5mg.  Very convenient

As I’ve stated earlier in this thread External Link/Members Only has been my go to site for ED medication for many years but recently it hasn’t been available so I decided to use a UK based supplier. After much research I ended up with
External Link/Members Only

Not only did they have competitive prices but they were also offering 50% discount to new customers if you used the code FIRST50

I bought 64 tabs of 100mg Sildenafil which after the discount was £39.99 and included free next day shipping. The order was received just over a day after making it. The packaging was discreet and I’ve already had a chance to road test the product. Five star rating for every aspect of the transaction and I can highly recommend using this supplier. My purchase worked out at 31p per 50mg dose which IMHO is unbeatable value from a legit supplier.

Thanks for the promo code, worked a treat. Have done the same as you...ordered a larger qty then I normally do.

What size tablet was it?

Offline RandomGuy99

It was a 50mg
It all depends on the state of your body and body chemistry at the time you took the pill.

Did you take it on an empty stomach?

I think taking the blue pill lowers your blood pressure and your body compensates by increasing your heart rate, which I guess could cause a headache.

Recommendation is to use the minimum effective dose.

Keep hydrated.

Agreed.

Whenever you take medication you're messing with a finely balanced machine. It's always best to consult a qualified mechanic (GP) to understand the effects you're experiencing.

I wonder how many people can so easily get appointments to speak to their GP these days? It rather amuses me that even on dietary supplements there is often the advice to speak to a GP first.

Many pharmacies are now promoting an advice service and have a ‘pharmacist independent prescriber’ - though they have to suggest you see a doctor if they think it’s more serious.

But surely that’s really expensive?
Menschem give you 48 x 100 mg for £62.
Buy 64 and it’s less than £65 with a standard discount code.
That’s generic though of course.
Of if you mean tadalafil, Menschem is still way cheaper.

What's classed as expensive to one person isn't to another - I'm just providing the info so the guy who asked the question can make his own judgement - if it provides him (or anyone else perusing the thread) info that informs their decison, whatever it is, then I've contributed.

I think it’s an excellent idea. (Though I couldn’t see on the flashy ad what amounts they contained).

I used to buy chewable mint-flavour sildenafil in Argentina — breath freshener and booster in one. Though I think the logical mix is taking tadalafil as a starter (as it’s long lasting) and sildenafil as a top up.

That's strange
The company is genuinely licenced, but I find it hard to believe there's a valid product licence for a chewable combi product like that. Th cost of doing the required product testing would just be prohibitive

I understand the combo is not FDA approved, which they admit. But the individual meds are. So where does that leave them legally I wonder. A Reddit source quoted a combo of 50mg+10mg. If Hims are honest about the contents of the mints and the regulatory authorities can’t show they’re harmful, I guess they can be sold/bought until someone stops them. Ad shows them in a nice container labelled ‘mints’. Just buying from Menschem and doing a mix and match would be more economical of course.

Still needs a new product licence as mixing them together counts as a new combination therapeutic product. As also does having them in chewable form: that's never been approved in UK/Europe and was the main legality issue with the Kamagra jellies and gels

My experience with Sildenafil for the first time.

First time I tried it I had a stomach full of food and alcohol, no results & the civvy I was with wasnt interested in sex that night anyway.

Second time, my stomach was empty & no alcohol, called up my regular WG, set up the appointment 1 hr ahead & quickly popped the sildenafil. In 45 mins it had kicked in, my erections were strong. By the time she had my dick in her mouth, I was rock hard, she even commented on how strong my erection was, lol. Sadly I only lasted 5-6 mins before i popped. I spent the rest of the day horny with random erections. I felt like a teenager again.

That looks like another good one.

Using 64x100mg as a benchmark, a quick google seemed to show a large difference between groups in that range and the ones in excess of £100 or £120. Superdrug even displayed a ‘cost comparison chart’ to show that their massively overpriced deal was marginally cheaper than other greatly overpriced deals.

Offline Marmalade

Very quick comparison list (may contain errors as it was very quick)
All based on 100mg 64 tablets i.e. cheapest deal
(there are other considerations i.e. if you want half or a quarter of that dose)

Superdrug £100 for 28 tablets max amount offered so £3.57 each

Boots £56 for 16 tablets amount offered so £3.50 each

Asda £90 28 tablets max amount offered £3.21 each

Lloyds £48 for 16 tablets max amount offered £3 each (£2.50 with subscription)

pharmica.co.uk 64 x 100mg £139.99  sp £2.19 each
(Their comparison chart says Lloyds £304, Pharmacy4U £272 etc)

DrFox £49 for 32 tablets max amount offered so £98 for 64. £1.53 each

Postmymeds £84.00 or 80.74 after discount so £1.33 or £1.26 each

chemist-4-u.com  64 x 100mg  £74.99 so £1.17 each

Menschem £74,99 or £63,74 after discount so £1.17 or £1 each

Thefamilychemist £71.99  64 x 100mg so £1.12 each or 96p after discount

Iqdoctor dot co dot UK

64x100mg = £79.99 or £1.25 each, before discount.
Can request various brands.  I got Accord previously.

For those that are eligible (first order) use code 'First50' and it's supposed to be 50% off but I got 44% last time.
So 64x100mg = £40 to £44.80.   63p-69p a tab.

Returning customers try code 'next5' for 5% discount.
64x100mg = £76 or £1.18 per tab.
Not that great and better to use thefamilychemist or menschem.

For years I've had a private prescription from my GP for Sildenafil.

When Viagra was the only show in town, it used to cost me ~£50 for 8x100mg.  However, now it's off patent I just get the generic equiavalent for considerably less.  I use Tesco pharmacy, it costs less than a fiver for 16x50mg.

Just go to your GP.  The worst that can happen is you will have to pay a prescription charge, still considerably less than the prices being quoted here.

Same as the one I got. All the ones I posted were searches the same day. They’ll change. Menschem does 20% occasionally (biggest I’ve seen) but is 15% last I saw. Both do fast delivery. I think Family Chemist charged 3 or 4 quid if you want it next day, otherwise free. Menschem can also block an order if you order too frequently (ie beyond recommended doses, sale periods or not).

It just seemed to me worth pointing out that some charge double or triple — even if the cost is ‘negligible’ on a tiny amount.
