Depends exactly what you mean by everything, but punting is legal here at present, unless you are a kerb crawler or punt with an underage or coerced/forced WG.

That's what I was wondering too.

The only consensual act between adult humans that's illegal is extreme SM iirc, because you still can't consent to be assaulted.  Remember those gay blokes that got sent down for nailing each other's cocks to pieces of wood?
