I am on a small project in Oxford over September month. Any advice on local  punting from regular punters from Oxford ?

If you get the chance try and get to Milton Keynes, the opportunities there are much better.

No. It’s shit.
Agree. MK or Reading / Maidenhead / Slough.  These places take some effort though.

It used to be great with some fantastic value for money girls.
Then just like other places the Roms descended and most of them, along with their greed and crap service, fucked it right up.
No more poor students either, looking for a bit of extra money to help them through their studies.

As people have rightly noted they are all on OnlyFans now. No need to sell your holes physically anymore when you can just show them instead.

I stand corrected.  You are in luck: The escort of the day is from Oxford!

Isn't Cambridge better for punting ?

I actually have had some great times in Oxford-but more from touring Sps vs people there. Contrary to many people's view on here! OX2 is the best postcode to search for.

Isn't Cambridge better for punting ?

An interesting question.  On balance I would argue not, for two reasons.

First, at Cambridge the punter unwisely stands at the more perilous end of the punt.

Secondly, the Cherwell is a more "adventurous" river to punt on than the Cam.  In places it feels almost like being an explorer in some remote region of the world.  The Cam is duller.

Incidentally Oxford's punters must be doing something right.  When Liz Truss or Rishi Sunak takes office in a few days' time, he or she will be the thirteenth Oxford-educated Prime Minister since there was last a Cambridge one – Stanley Baldwin, who resigned in 1937.

I am in error.  Mea culpa, as they say ad infinitum and ad nauseam in the Senior Common Room at Christ Church.

Truss or Sunak will the twelfth rather than thirteenth Oxford-educated Prime Minister since Baldwin – the others having been Attlee, Eden, Macmillan, Douglas-Home, Wilson, Heath, Thatcher, Blair, Cameron, May and Johnson.

I must have been thinking ahead to Keir Starmer, who will be the thirteenth when he becomes Prime Minister in just over two years' time.

After that, Cambridge will finally have its moment in the sun after the election of Kwasi Kwarteng or Suella Braverman in 2029.

I found it rough when staying in town for business.

Had some success with a random Brazilian in town once.

Besides that, Stunning Eva is gorgeous and a great fuck. Need to get around to reviewing her.

I was wrong about Keir Starmer's position in the sequence.  He will now be the fourteenth Oxford-educated Prime Minister since there was last one from Cambridge, Rishi Sunak being the thirteenth and Liz Truss the twelfth.  But it's hard to keep up.

Meanwhile Kwasi is a busted flush and Suella seems, well, a bit too fierce for the top job.  So the next Cambridge-educated Prime Minister could be further away than I was expecting – although I suppose Wes Streeting might be worth a punt.

Did you manage to get any action in Oxford? Or did you venture further afield? Cheers

Offline somerandomfella

MK I found tough for punting. Any wg's i tried to book were already booked up from early in the morning. There's choice but plan ahead in advance in case of a wasted journey. And you don't want to be stuck in MK  :dash:
