She's based about within 10mins walk of mailbox. Can confirm that entry door is a bit sticky whenever I visit. I've had light FK but maybe she's changed and should update her likes. Not to everyone's taste but she normally gives decent service although yeah that bed was knackered last time I was on it (honest I wasn't the guy who'd hammered it) - and I had brought a friend with me so not ideal in parts and we had to improvise with other furniture at times. I used to think the same way as you, but as in any job, don't we all try to charge as much as we can get away with, for the least amount of effort.

She ain't cheap that's for sure. On the OWO front some SPs have SOs and don't want to incur the incremental additional risk of OWO, and vice versa - unsure if that's the case here though. Regardless, it's her rules and if that what's she wants and her phone doesn't get dusty then I guess OK for her albeit I reckon she'd be a lot busier with OWO, again a shame.

I take your point about the risk of OWO. Personally I'm not too fussed about it but it's hard to judge if SP's offer DFK or not. Some I've met have gone straight into DFK, and some have FK and FK with discretion on their list but endup offering none.
I think there ought to be a separate item for DFK on the AW likes list so as not to be confused with FK but that's one for a different forum

I sent her an email in Dec 2022 via AW to arrange a meet but it wasn't even read so I can only presume she's doing this as a side hustle and is not professional. With this type of attitude it's best to avoid and save your money for another provide that actually cares about service delivery.
