Location - Reasonably discrete. Can park a bit away. Ample parking. Good location. 9/10

Flat - Very good. Good bathroom. Clean. 9/10

Monique- Above average looks. Good body. Slim. Clean. Smells good. Very good communication/English. Photos represent her well. Didn't feel the boobs were as good as photos on AW though! But she is certainly sexy. 8/10.

Meeting - All preparations/communications beforehand smooth. Arrived there. Paperwork out of the way. No DFK which I personally like (although learnt to understand its personal preference to WG - but to me is important). Missionary, doggy. Reverse cowgirl. All good. Looked at message on phone during punt which in my opinion is usually a big no. Overall Cant fault her as she did what I needed (apart from kissing. But didn't feel the usual WG connection.
